The Lieutenant Governors

The lieutenant governors oversee a tier or division in the district and, because of this, they hold two roles. The first one is acting as a district board member and a representative of their division. The second is making sure the clubs in their division run smoothly and working hard to maintain and start Circle K Clubs in their area.
